To become a member of Sangeet Piyasi please provide the details in the form below :

* A prinout of this application form, after submitting the details, may be taken & submitted at the office of Sangeet Piyasi.

Regulations for Memberhip :

1. The Admission Donation is Rs. 200/- and Yearly Subscription is Rs. 200/-.

2. The time for payment of annual subscription will be the month of June, every year. After the first year,
    the yearly subscription can be paid in two installments i.e. in June and December every year, in such a
    the first installment must be paid in June.

3. If any member is found due for anuual subscription for more than 15 days over & above the time limit
    of paying the subscription, the membership will be considered to be canceled without any prior notice.

4. Members are eligible to attend the programmes of Sangeet Piyasi, but participation of any member in
    the programmes is not assured and any decision in this regard by the governing body of Sangeet Piyasi
    will be considered as final.

5. For rights and obligations, the Rules & Regulations of Sangeet Piyasi will be applicable.

6. Undue interference in the administration of Sangeet Piyasi or any act or motive to degrade the image of
    the Organisation by any member will render him/her liable for termination of membership.

7. The Entry Fee & Annual Fee for any member's wife or husband or any child of such member will be half
    of the usual Entry & Annual Fee.

8. A Bio-Data of the membership applicant must be enclosed with the printout.
